How to request deletion

Option 1 — By email (no app needed)

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Curedoctor account".
2. Send it from your registered email address, or include the mobile number registered on your Curedoctor account.
3. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and confirm once deletion is complete.

Option 2 — In the app

1. Open the Curedoctor app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your request.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, email address, gender and profile photo.
• Your professional details: qualifications, specialty, experience, clinic details and signature.
• Verification documents you uploaded.
• Your availability settings and app preferences.
• Your listing in the Curedoctor doctor network, so you no longer receive patient requests.

What may be kept

Some records may be retained after deletion where the law requires it or where it is needed for legitimate purposes:

• Consultation records and prescriptions you issued, including your name and registration number on them, which must be maintained as medical records.
• Payout, invoice and tax records needed for accounting and audit purposes.
• Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

These records are kept only for as long as the applicable law requires and are then deleted or anonymised.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity. Any consultation fees properly owed to you are still paid. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored; you are welcome to register again at any time.

Delete some data without deleting your account

If you only want specific data removed — for example your profile photo or an uploaded document — email [email protected] and tell us what you would like deleted.

For patients

Patients who consulted a doctor at a Curedoctor eClinic medicine store do not have an app account. To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, email [email protected] with your name and the mobile number you gave at the store.
