An eClinic is a consultation point inside a partner medicine store. Curedoctor installs the eClinic software in the store, and patients who walk in are connected to a doctor on the Curedoctor app.
How do I join as a doctor?
Download the Curedoctor app from Google Play, sign up with your mobile number and complete your profile with your qualification, specialty and medical registration details. Once our team verifies your details, you can go online and start consulting.
Do I need to be present at the medicine store?
No. You consult the patient through the Curedoctor app from your own clinic or home. The patient is at the eClinic in the medicine store.
How do I consult a patient?
When a patient at an eClinic asks to see a doctor, you receive a request in the app. You join the consultation in the app, and the app will ask for camera and microphone permission so that you and the patient can see and hear each other. Afterwards you issue a digital prescription.
Can I choose when I am available?
Yes. You set your own availability in the app and receive patient requests only when you are online.
I am a patient. How can I consult a doctor?
Visit a Curedoctor eClinic medicine store near you and ask to see a doctor — you do not need an app. A Curedoctor app for patients, with online video consultation, appointment booking and home visits, is coming soon.
I own a medicine store. How do I set up an eClinic?
Email [email protected] with your store name, location and mobile number. Our team will contact you and install the eClinic software.

How can I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion of your Curedoctor account and associated data at any time. Follow the steps on our Delete Account page.
